[ We were discussing about Guruji’s rebukes and some of his devotees]
This time I am describing that particular man of that particular day – to understand it, one has to arrive in that time, that place in imagination. Then, vision of fault to the compiler will be removed. Otherwise, I will become offender to many others.
I will want not at all that one has to get hurt for me. So I plead to everyone that all of you will not take in mind any matter badly. You remember, a man is someone’s son, someone’s father, someone’s husband, someone’s friend etc..etc… So, that first man behaves differently for different persons. Again, these different persons have different attitudes to the first man.
Thakur Sri Ramkrishna exampled a blind man’s an elephant vision to describe God vision. This example is applicable to any man. Different men look a particular person from their different angles and he/she understands that very person in his/her own attitude. As a result, difference of different point of views comes out. As usual, dispute or conflict appears also.
Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu abandoned His companion cum attendant Gobinda for a trivial reason. As a result, he became a family man marrying someone. Mahaprabhu left junior Haridas also. As a result, he committed suicide.
However, nobility of these persons does not fade as a devotee.
Thakur Sri Ramakrishna abandoned His all time companion- devoted attendant Hriday. But I heard during my early visits to Banagram that that very Hriday was perhaps a monk in Paramananda leela.
Guru Maharaj said, “one has not to spoil one’s emotion.” A problem appears that time. I heard from Him – once Sanatan Goswami, ordered by his Guru Mahaprabhu, set up a cottage in then jungle surrounded Brindabon and was continuing austere ascetic practice for discovering pilgrimage site.
He used to view Radha-Krishna leela of the time of Dwapar in the deep meditation. Oneday, an ugly looking Baishnab ( a person of hindu religion community) went to meet him. That time he was viewing Radha-Krishna Leela in his deep meditation and he was laughing simultaneously. Baishnab understood that Sanatan Goswami was laughing seeing his ugly look as usual like others. So, he abandoned that place. But Sanatan Goswami failed to view Radha Krishna leela instantly just the Baishnab left the place. Then he understood that, of course, he had committed a Baishnab flaw. In no time, Sanatan Goswami rushed to him- he begged to pardon him catching his hands and Sanatan Goswami made him understand all the actual facts. Then that very Baishnab was also became grateful meeting such a devoted Baishnab.
In this way the ‘Vaishnava’–flaw of Sanatana was redeemed.
