[We were talking about some of Paramananda devotees, now about ‘Current Baba’.]
One day, Dayal babu was disturbing Guru Maharaj too much. That day, Guruji took His seat in the sitting just. Then Jagu Maa brought a medium sized cup of tea for Him.
Usually, we saw that Guru Maharaj drank a sip just He held the cup of tea in His hand. After then, He finished his cup of tea very slowly after taking one by one sip. Many times, it happened that some aged women (devotee), present in the sitting, had told Him affectionately, “The tea had become already cold, my son. Drink your tea first, after then you talk.” ( Of course, the minor or middle aged women devotees had not the boldness to talk in such way with Him.)
Then Guru Maharaj told, “Mother, I am drinking tea already – why are you feeling painful?”
Then Guru Maharaj looked at us and told, “Look, what you will tell these mothers – is the tea such a thing which will fill our stomaches completely and that’s why I will drink it? Tea is a narcotic drinking – it is a thing which we drink pleasantly. Is not it?”
Again we come back to that afternoon sitting. Guruji had just talked, then Dayal babu became present in the sitting. After bowing down his head to Guru Maharaj and exchanging gettings with Guru Maharaj, he noticed on the cup of tea which Guruji had held. Soon, he wanted ‘tea prasad’ from Guru Maharaj.
Guruji, at first, pretended that He was feeling very much disturbed. He said to him, “Look, Dayal. Don’t disturb me. You stand up and go to the kitchen to take your tea. Why will I offer my tea to you?”
Stretching his hand, he repeatedly started to say, “Give me a little…give me a little !” Guruji tried to abstain him from this activity but He was failure. At last Guruji said, “Okay, I will give you on your hand but you must drink it completely.”
Stretching his palm like a packet, Dayal said, “Yes. of course. I will drink. Once You give me and notice.”
Guru Maharaj poured a portion of the cup of tea on his hand. He was ready to drink all the liquor-tea and he started to drink the liquor but he just tasted it, his face was distorted and at this time he was ready to throw it out from his mouth. This time Guruji rebuked him and said to him, ” Dayal, you thought that the liquor which is made for me is surely fine. Of course, you thought that it is very much tasty. Is not it?
But you did not know that my liquor is made only by boiling the tea in water and the syrup of four lemons adding to it.”
